Step 1: Application
1. Complete Online Registration Form & Contact Us!
2. When prompted for payment, choose "Cash/Check" and proceed with Step 2 for Troop 1633 Registration Fees
Step 2: Fees
Fees are accepted Online or in person via cash/check
Step 3: Health Form
The Boy Scouts of America requires health forms to be completed for a scout to participate in any event. Only Part A & B need to be completed for registration. For those going to Summer Camp, Part C is also mandatory and must be completed by a physician EXACTLY as indicated.
Step 4: Media Form
Click to download and print the media consent form. Complete and return
Step 5: Date/Directory Form
Click to download and Print the data/directory consent form. Complete and return.
